Interim Head of Project Operations
(Fixed Term Contract)
Due to continued success we now have a requirement for a Head of Project Operations to head our Project Management function.
The Interim Head of Project Operations holds a key role in the company, reporting to the CTO with responsibility for all project delivery activity across the company.
The purpose of the contract is to specify and implement a project management system and develop a project reporting process (including forecasting and financial outcomes), whilst maintaining the role of HoPO.
Developed from first principals, project management systems, tools, processes and procedures.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a head of Projects.
15 years’ experience of managing projects.
5 years hands on experience in managing direct reports.
Multisite team management.
Degree / HND or equivalent qualification in engineering, manufacturing or project management-based subject.
We now have a requirement for a Commercial Analyst to join our Corporate Services Team.
This is a brand-new role in a small corporate services team, working alongside the company’s Commercial Manager to drive sales and help meet the business’ ambitious growth plans. You will be responsible for providing key analytics to the senior management team, providing reports and insights that will inform the direction and decision making of the company.
A degree (or pending degree) in a management, financial or legal discipline.
We now have a requirement for a Systems Engineer to join our Systems Engineering Team.
The Systems Engineer holds a key role in the company, reporting to the Head of Engineering. Due to the nature of the role, the individual will need to have a strong background in technical direction in the analysis and design of systems in the broad field of electronic security, sensor, surveillance and Command & Control systems.
Educated to degree level or higher.
Ability to understand and specify large complex systems and develop comprehensive system documentation.
Broad appreciation of a wide range of engineering disciplines developing a single product across the full system lifecycle.
Knowledge of differing engineering methodologies (including V model, waterfall, agile, etc).
We now have a requirement for a Software Engineer to join our Software Team.
The Software Engineer holds a key role in the company, reporting to the Engineering Manager in Leeds. Due to the nature of the role, the Software Engineer will need to have a strong background in Microsoft development and C# and previous experience in a similar role.
Qualified to degree level in a relevant subject.
3+ years commercial software development experience.
Strong C# background developing and debugging web or client-server/desktop applications.
Competency in source control management (Git and SVN).
